He successfully incorporated Green Solergy as a professionally governed entity, establishing structures aligned with ISO, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Under his leadership, the company delivered over 15 MW of Solar EPC projects and achieved PKR 310M in revenue within its first year of operations.

Beyond national borders, he has actively led the strategic expansion of companies and universities into the Middle East, specifically Saudi Arabia. His expertise spans strategic financial planning, multi-disciplinary team leadership, and fostering strong relationships with utilities, regulators, and international partners.
